Embroidery
Embroidery creates your design by stitching colored thread directly into the garment for a raised, textured finish.
It’s ideal for polos, hats, jackets, quarter-zips, uniforms, and professional apparel.
Embroidery gives logos and smaller designs a polished, high-quality look while providing excellent durability.
Screen Printing
Automatic Screen Printing: Our automatic screen printing press helps us print designs efficiently and is used for our big bulk orders.
The Screen Printing process means applying ink directly onto the garment through a mesh screen, creating a smooth, vibrant design. Its a great option for T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, team apparel, and large group orders.
We make our own screens right here in the shop for each design. We build the screen around your artwork, ensuring your design prints cleanly, accurately, and exactly to your specifications.
Manual Screen Printing: Each garment is carefully positioned, aligned, and printed by hand for a precise quality finish.
Making Our Custom Screens: Before we can print, we create a custom screen specifically for your design using a UV exposure unit. Exposing the screen to intense light transfers your artwork onto the screen and creates the precise stencil needed for printing which allows us to capture the details of your custom design accurately and consistently.
Custom Transfers
Our Custom Transfers are a great option for designs that are detailed, more intricate, or are full of color! We like to transfer names and numbers for small orders and personalized apparel.
We do this using a machine that applies heat and pressure to transfer the design onto the garment.
